CHARLES L. PRICE

Founder and Principal Technical & Training Engineer

A highly accomplished Information Technology leader and U.S. Army veteran, this professional brings over twenty-five years of deep-seated experience in computer system engineering and management, consistently supporting large, mission-critical customer organizations within the demanding Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA) for premier firms like Lockheed Martin, SAIC, and GDIT. The core competency is built upon the hands-on lifecycle administration of complex IT infrastructure, spanning the installation, configuration, and maintenance of diverse physical resources including servers, storage, and communication hardware.

Technically certified as an AWS Developer – Associate Level and VMware Certified Associate – DataCenter, the expertise extends seamlessly into modern, virtualized, and cloud-native environments. This foundation is rock-solid, demonstrating full fluency across multiple operating systems—including extensive practical experience with UNIX, Linux (RHEL 4-10, CentOS 4-8), Mac, and Windows—and advanced scripting in BASH. This technical depth is further enhanced by recent, specialized training in modern DevOps and orchestration tools such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Docker, Podman, and Ansible. This wealth of technical capability is always paired with a proven ability to clearly present complex ideas and strategic plans effectively to management and technical peers alike.
